Where it all began
Mollie’s Patisserie is built on a love of good food, a passion for baking and a belief that beautiful food should taste just as good as it looks.
What began with a love of creating delicious food and bringing people together has grown into a bespoke cake and catering business, creating for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, gatherings and celebrations of all kinds.
Everything we make is freshly prepared and beautifully presented, with the same care and attention given to every order, whatever the occasion.

At the heart of Mollie’s Patisserie is Melanie Pedersen, whose love of good food and passion for baking inspired the business.
Melanie has always enjoyed creating moments that bring people together — from beautifully arranged afternoon tea tables to generous buffets and handcrafted cakes.
For her, the best part of creating food is seeing it become part of someone’s special moment. That’s why every cake, table and menu is made with care, creativity and attention to detail.
