Our Mixed Berry Sprinkle cake, available in three sizes: 3 layers of light moist vanilla sponge, sandwiched with raspberry compote, and raspberry swiss meringue buttercream, decorated with vanilla swiss meringue buttercream and dried mixed berry pieces, including blackberries, blueberries, raspberries and strawberries.
